One of our Ceiling Fan / Lights went out and so off to Home Depot I go. Put the fan up in no time and worked great. It came with a "Limited Lifetime" warranty which we all know is more limited than lifetime. Went to fill out the warranty card to send in and it was the above picture. Included;
