The vendor meeting

We had our second annual vendor meeting. I think we stepped it up this year. We had some clearer goals, higher expectations and better results.

Sometimes reviewing your results from last year can be disappointing. Really I think we were 50/50. We exceeded many goals, however we missed on others. It is important to review.

I think the thing that really stood out is we do a good job in the beginning. Keeping this up can be difficult.

I need a flashlite

Sure is depressing when you get out of work it is dark out. Nothing seems to prepare me for this time of year. It feels like the day is over when you get off work. After a while you get used to it but it takes a couple of weeks for me.

With this it is harder to get motivated. You have to work harder at keeping the motivation up. Slacking at any time can really hinder the achievement of your goals.
