Is it me? Actually it might be. Wait, Actually it might not be. Actually I have noticed in lots of peoples speech and actually presentations that Actually, Actually may be the new "For sure!" Actually it is starting to drive me nuts. Actually, not just nuts but actually over the edge. No it isn't actually just teenagers it is actually business people and actually everyone.
Actually I am done on that rant. However...Your speech is how people interpret your intelligence. Recently I have noticed that the press is on Obama due to his...Ums and Uhs. He is very smooth when scripted but not so good otherwise.
Actually, remember, repeating actually may make someone interpret your speech as uneducated!
These are just daily thoughts I have on the industry and processes. As a bonus you get some personal stories experience and others that may not be related to anything!

Another Milestone (200)
This is my 201st post. I think I have recently changed this blog from sales to more of a customer service focus. Not on purpose, it just seems to have been happening. However I will contend that sales is (or should be) 50 percent customer service. It keeps people coming back, builds relationships and builds value to the company.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing where the next 100 posts leads us and am sure with Christmas coming up, new years, my sister having a baby, a trip to Vegas with the neighbors, and just everyday life there will be many more shifts in what I post.
