Golf is BACK. Usually here in KS you can get in at least a couple rounds during the winter. Not this year. The course was closed for some changes and to make it good this spring. That along with it was COLD. Snow and freezing temperatures were the constant all winter.
Next weekend I hope to get back out there and get my swing back.
Sorry Bill I am not letting you win one round this year.

I am certifiable
Why is it that everyone needs you to take their "Certification". Lets be clear, I am not talking the high end certifications that prove you know the design. Such as Cisco CCNA and such. No, I am talking like taking a small certification that say I know how to drive a boat. (Something that I have been doing since I was 7) and a on line test showing that I know how to use word or the numerous certifications you see in the technical industry that take 10 min and have more to do with marketing than they do anything else.

The DMV OH NO!
OK, just a shock title. It was time to get my license renewed. I did realize some good news while doing this.
1. I have not shrunk in 5 years
2. I actually weigh less now than I did 5 years ago.
3. I am better looking now than 5 years ago!
The experience at the DMV was really great! I would bet that it took no more than 2 minutes to enter the door and exit with a renewal. Present the form they sent and the test, take eye exam, answer about 7 questions, take picture and in 8 to 10 days the lic is supposed to come in the mail!
No waiting in line, no rude people, helpful staff. What is this world coming to!

Sears Parts Rocks
This weekend I lost a spring on my mower. I think it shot off because I looked and used a magnet to find it. No luck.
Nice to know that you can log onto www.sears.com and type in your mower part number and up comes the parts diagram. I ordered the spring, and a few other worn parts (Hey if you are going to pay shipping) and I should be good for the rest of the year!

Under Cover Boss Catch Up White Castle
White Castle was a good episode. Having that many family owners would be tough and I am sure it has many obstacles.
It was underestimating to see the new store that opened. Having too many people would suggest that it only has a financial impact. It had employee impact also. Good workers do not want to just stand around and they want direction from one person not four.
I promise that I do not just sit around and just watch TV. I have my particular shows and it is the wind down thing before bed!
