Someone ask me what the one single thing was that made salespeople successful.
That is easy. They are responsive:
1. Customer service
2. Returning calls
3. Quick turn around on quotes and such
4. Resolving issues when they arise.
That is what is key to long term relationships.
These are just daily thoughts I have on the industry and processes. As a bonus you get some personal stories experience and others that may not be related to anything!

Sales Tactics
I am reminded of my trip to Vegas where some guys line the streets holding cards of "Available" services. They continue to click these cards together. I was wondering why they do that? I think the simple answer is it works
Looking at sales sometimes we could take a look at this. Instead of trying to make things difficult or some "Unique" new marketing solution. Just do what works. Many times it is the best way to do things in sales.
