Recently I have seen many instances where people either sent text's or emails where they simply responded quickly. Then the other person read the response and thought it was mean, offensive or simply bad.
A great example of one yesterday where there were several of us around a table and one person was saying how bad a response was and how the other person was saying he simply was giving the facts. We all read the response and really agreed with the sender.
Point being, if you take the time to clarify, call the person or soften responses these type of reactions do not happen. I would also suggest that if you do not read the worst into someones response you may have a different outlook.

Nice. I agree with the point though. A simple call for verification and clarification purposes can go a long way.
So, where do your responses fit in here? Responses like "Cable Gut It" or "Go" when you were given 2 options to choose from - and the reader is left wondering which way to "go."????
Hmmmmmmmm - just had to share my observations on the matter. Stop.
