Thanks to Loren I have a review of Android 3.1 as follows
The xoom definitely got better with the android update. Overall, it has become noticeably faster. When I get Netflix and HBO Go...it'll be just about perfect for entertainment. Music app works really well for handling a couple thousand songs.
I'm playing around with more productivity apps now - office, evernote...etc. The little voice in my head that was asking 'why did you buy this?' has gone silent. I also just realized that the only reason I opened my personal laptop in the last couple of weeks was when the xoom's battery was low.
As long as they keep adding features and fix the bugs, I'll be a happy camper.
