What is the answer?

I had a sales rep talk to me about a customer today. He could sell them solution A and make great margin, or solution B that was the correct solution and make minimal margin.

ANSWER? Always sell what is right for the customer. Short cuts, taking advantage of people or looking what benefits yourself first will come back and haunt you. Most of the time you will be rewarded in the long run for doing the right thing.

I hope people that have the opportunity in dealing with me do the same.
