Communication. Talking and listening. Its that easy?

We talk to hundreds of customers a month. Communicating complex solutions every day. However it continues to amaze me that often the most difficult communication we do every day is within our own companies. Is it because we assume to much? Listen too little? I believe both and more. Next time you are communicating your ideas to internal, take a little more time. What does this have to do with sales. It is all about providing the best solution the first time. You have to do a lot of internal communication to get this right. It is all about customer service
